The location was easy to find, though the office could have been better marked for people who were unfamiliar with the building. The customer service was just okay - not friendly, nor courteous, just... functional. I was helping a friend move, and his parents had mailed me a check to cover the cost of the U-Haul based on the quote I'd received from the reservation confirmation - I didn't realize tax hadn't been included, so the cost was more than expected. The truck itself smelled of urine, and there was trash inside behind the seat. The truck rode incredibly rough - I don't know if that's normal or not, but every single small bump and dip in the road caused extreme bouncing inside. The button to switch off the hauling/traction did nothing at all. The tire pressure light was on, and there was a message about it on the dash where the digital odometer is located. So, the overall experience was just okay, but I would not utilize this specific location again, nor would I recommend it to others unless they were desperate and it was the only U-Haul location they could reach.
